Orders cannot be cancelled but if you do need to make a change such as shipping address, please email us within 24hrs at info@gloprotan.com. Orders are shipped within 24hrs so changes cannot be made after this period.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track the progress of your order by following the tracking link in the email. Pick up orders will receive an email once order has been fulfilled and is ready for collection from salon.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges (due to hygiene reasons) all sales are final. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please email with your name, order number and photos of the issue to info@gloprotan.com
